I put together this post from some workouts I was putting together for my Mom. She is over 60 and wanted some easy to do exercises to add to her workout routine.

This first one I found my Mom really liked. She said its was very easy to follow along to.

The second workout for women over 60 my Mom really liked that I found here was this one. She said it really helped her not over-due herself and she felt like she wasn’t straining as much as her old workouts.
The last workout I took from my own love of Yoga and found a workout that would work well for older women. Please try this one if you skip all others. Mom said this was here fav.
